Stroop Test
Don't read the word. Tap the color it's printed in. Your brain will want to read it anyway, and that's the whole challenge. 20 words, as fast and accurate as you can.
Tap Start when you're ready.
Distraction cost is how much slower you were when the word and color didn't match. The smaller it is, the better your brain blocks out distractions, like a crowd, a coach yelling, or an opponent trying to get in your head.
Based on J. Ridley Stroop's classic 1935 experiment on interference between reading and naming colors. It's one of the most widely used tests of focus and self-control in psychology. Try it fresh, then again after a hard session, and see how fatigue changes your score.
